To be considered for this job you must possess
·         BS or MS degree in dairy science, animal science or ruminant nutrition
·         +3 years experience in a direct-to-dairy sales or technical support role for nutritional products
·         Excellent track record of customer retention
·         The ability to balance rations using current software programs
·         Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of being a trusted advisor to producers
·         Highly developed follow-up skills
·         Self-motivation, self-direction and the ability to work well on a team
·         Excellent verbal communication skills, above average written skills
·         Experience interacting with members of a dairyman’s advisory team including the DVM, finance, agronomy and herd managers.
